Cancellation Policy
Face by Corey, LLC – Cancellation Policy
At Face by Corey, LLC, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth booking experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:
Deposit:
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance on the day of service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 72 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total makeup service cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total service fee.
Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the artist’s discretion, with applicable fees applied.
